Subpoenas
DVNQ accepts all subpoenas via email to enquiries@dvnq.org.au
Subpoenas should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of DVNQ.
DVNQ kindly requests that the subpoena scope allows for the redaction of third-party information, including DVNQ staff member names and contact information and the names and contact details of any third-party stakeholders or clients not connected to the proceedings.
Please note – DVNQ has a conduct fee of $89.50 which will be charged via invoice upon receipt of the subpoena.
