CCTV Surveillance
Our premises use CCTV for safety and security. Footage is stored securely for 30 days and may be provided to police when required by law. By entering our premises, you consent to CCTV surveillance.
Note: The coffee shop area has separate CCTV not managed by DVNQ.
Data Breaches
If a data breach occurs that may cause you serious harm, we will notify you, the Queensland Information Commissioner, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as practicable in accordance with the Mandatory Data Breach Scheme.
Contractors and Third Parties
All contractors and third parties must maintain confidentiality, use information only for authorised purposes, implement security measures, and securely destroy information within 30 days of project completion.
